Resilience Training is an alignment-based approach to Resistance Training (weightlifting), that employs personal fitness coaching, and individualized workouts programmed to your phone.

Maia Chong is a Yoga Instructor with over 12 years of experience teaching and is Certified as a Personal Trainer by The National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM-CPT).  She lives in the Pacific Northwest. 

She currently offers yoga instruction via live stream, and very limited in-person Resilience Training. Maia's current offerings are available to individual practitioners, small groups, and corporate clients.
